Work with kitchen management to make menu changes. • Drive sales to maximize budgeted revenue and develop menus with other members of Food and Beverage team • Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures • Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement • Coordinates training of all team members in the proper performance of all job duties and thereafter ensures that all guests are treated in a prompt, professional and courteous manner. • Maintains a constant awareness of safety and accident prevention, performing all job duties in the safest possible manner, and immediately notifying the immediate supervisor if a personal accident occurred. • Ensures thorough communication between shifts in all service operations. • Coach, mentor, train, and lead service staff to ensure consistency and service excellence. • Ensure service is rendered in accordance with ESH standards for quality, consistency, and timelines. • Maintain high standards of quality control and health and safety. Investigate and resolve food quality issues and service complaints. • Ensure that all communication between the Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) is accurate • Other duties as directed by Director Food & Beverage in order to run smooth operations. Qualification Required: • BA degree in any business related field of studies from a recognized college/university with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience out of which 3 years of experience in similar position.
